We are a public platform that focuses on rental listings and provides clients professional services to promote their properties for various purposes.

Property owners, managers, or agents can post their listings free of charge.  Premiumcondo offers the option to upgrade your listing for enhanced visibility and lead generation.

Once your listings have been created, you have the option to upgrade it at any time, and we will promote your properties with various social platforms

Click on “User Icon” at the top right of the Premiumcondo website and then select the “Register” tab. Fill in the fields then click on “Register ” buttom

You can start by clicking on “Create a Listing” at the top right of the Premiumcondo website or by clicking the “User Icon” found within the toggle menus. It is critical to select the correct property type, as the fields you need to complete will depend on your choice. Make sure to click the “Publish” button once you have filled in as much information as possible.

Yes, when creating your listing with multiple suites, please ensure to select the Floor plan, for example, Floor plan > + Add New to include how many beds, bathrooms, rent rate, sqft, and your availability date to identify each unit, then continue to (+Add New) once more to add your next floorplan.

The size of images within 800KB (3500*2800 px) is preferred. Avoid collages, watermarks, text, borders or frames, renderings, and reflections. Highlight clutter-free rooms. Take photos from different angles. Include exterior photos.

Yes, there is a limit of 50 photos.

You are publishing your draft to place your ad for review. This can take up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

The best way to do this is to click on the blue “Leads” button on your account dashboard page (User Icon – on the top right menus  > board > Leads ). The First section on the top is an accumulation of data from your listings. The second section is the place that allows you to “import ” or “Export” the lead data and the third section is Add New Lead by yourself. 

We have a delete option and a disable option. Once signed in, click on the “Board” on the toggle menu for accessing your own CRM, select “Properties” on the left side,  pick up the project you want to remove, and click “Action” >”Delete”.
